Good questions. Clean answers.

Before your first wash.

Your footwear care label is always the final word.

Which shoes can I wash?

Use only with shoes whose manufacturer care label permits machine washing. Everyday textile and synthetic sneakers are common candidates. Avoid leather, suede, glued-on decorations and hand-wash-only footwear.

Does one bag hold a pair?

Yes. One bag is intended for one pair of most everyday sneakers. Very bulky or oversized footwear may fit best one shoe at a time.

Can it go in the dryer?

We recommend removing the shoes and bag after washing and air-drying both. Always follow the shoe manufacturer’s drying instructions.

How long does U.S. delivery take?
